Warranty Policy
-All electronic devices at Computer Diagnostic Center (CDC) are guaranteed for a period of 2 years by the agent, except for some devices whose warranty is specified by the agent for one year
-Accessories may be valid for only one year by agent.
-Private electronic devices in the business category are guaranteed for one, two or three years by the agent.
-To benefit from the warranty services, please bring the original purchase invoice to match the serial number of the product, provided that the serial number is registered on the device and has not been removed, and to ensure that the warranty period is valid.
-The warranty for the attached accessories is explained in the warranty manual for the product, or it is one year in the absence of the information in the warranty manual.
-The devices assembled by the customer (gaming devices) The warranty is only on the internal parts by the agent or from the Computer Diagnostic Center (CDC), and attempts to repair them by unauthorized parties will void the warranty service.
-Warranty of the product and the quality of workmanship is provided by the agent and is subject to the manufacturer’s policies as described in the warranty manual for the product or the manufacturer’s website. To obtain warranty and maintenance services, the customer can communicate with the warranty service provider directly to obtain the required service in accordance with the regulations and regulations.
-Warranty and maintenance services provided by the agent are not considered the responsibility of Computer Diagnostic Center (CDC), and this includes the availability of spare parts, repair time and quality of service, and the customer must communicate directly with the agent.
-The shelf life of each product varies and the customer should review the product manual or contact the dealer for details.
-The customer must go to the warranty service provider to obtain the services directly and bring the original invoice.
-The warranty covers the service of repair or replacement of spare parts for free in the event of a manufacturing defect. The warranty does not mean the replacement of the product or the return of its value. Malfunctions resulting from:
Misuse of the product or failure to comply with the instructions for use in the product manual or the instructions referred to in the Internet and digital pages when activating the device.
Breaks, blows, cuts, or exposure of the product to external factors such as liquids, moisture or high heat.
Attempts to repair or maintenance operations by parties not approved by the agent, or the use of spare parts not approved by the Standards and Metrology Authority.
Scanning operating system files, partitions of the hard disk, or failures caused by viruses.
-The warranty service provider is not responsible for the loss of any pre-installed software on the device.
-In the event of discovering any internal defect or damage to the device that was not reported at the time of delivery, the warranty service provider is not responsible for it.
-It is not the responsibility of the warranty service provider to return the additions or modifications that were made to the device such as screen stickers or the outer frame in the event that the part connected to the modification was replaced or if the device was replaced during the maintenance process
-The full responsibility towards the customer remains with the warranty service provider, and Computer Diagnostic Center (CDC) is not responsible for the quality of the warranty service provided, the time required for repair by the warranty service provider, repair costs and the availability of spare parts.
-The period required to obtain data or approval from the customer is not counted as part of the repair time, and this includes:
Obtaining a PIN number or password to unlock the device.
Pay the amounts related to the repair (if any).
Obtaining the customer"s consent to take a specific action such as requesting a part for an out-of-warranty repair.
How long it takes the customer to bring in accessories that need to be checked such as the electrical adapter, battery or charger cord.
-Any devices not received by the customer will be disposed of after three months of notifying the customer of the possibility of receiving the device from the warranty service provider or Computer Diagnostic Center (CDC).
